A non-impact strength class using barbells and weights. All the major muscle groups are covered in this great all over toning class. You are in control of how much weight is on your barbell which means you are in control of your workout! The instructor focuses on light weights and high repetition to tone and strengthen muscles. This class will not give you big muscles but it will give you a more defined, toned body! Each instructor teaches this same class for 8-12 weeks to maximize your results. Great for the beginner or the advanced participant.
