




This class is the fastest way to burn calories and increase fitness. As the name suggests you are on a bicycle in the Group Cycling Room. The instructor takes the class on a journey through different terrains and styles; up hill, flat ground, sprints and jumps. You are in control of your own bikes resistance level so if you are just starting out you can take it easy or, if you are a regular exerciser, you can make it as hard as you like! This class may involve jumps, climbs & sprints. Great for the beginner or the advanced participant.
