Fitbodz realises that everyone is an individual with unique training needs. Let Mary and her team look after your little darlings. Mary has been with the centre for 15 years. Many of the children she has looked after when the centre first started all those years ago are now members with their own children!

Monday – Friday 9 am – 12.00 pm.

Saturday 8.30 am – 12.30 pm.

Tuesday and Thursday 4.30 pm – 7.30 pm.
